We offer about thirty wines by the glass, sourced from classic bottles or magnums. Each French vineyard is generally represented, but we also provide the opportunity to discover foreign wines. A magnificent expression of Burgundian elegance and precision. Located north of the Meursault appellation, at the foot of the hillside, the lieu-dit "Clos du Cromin" rests on a deep soil of limestone and marl, giving rise to a Chardonnay of great purity, combining the emblematic generosity of the vineyard with a finely chiseled mineral framework.

Sommelier for 12 years, I started at Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and London. This experience, in restaurants with three then two Michelin stars, led me to Bordeaux in 2015 for the opening of the Pressoir d'Argent, by Gordon Ramsay. A rewarding journey with two Michelin stars earned in two consecutive years. Later, after managing L'Univerre, I worked at the Mondrian.
