MOI — a Japanese-inspired grill & omakase bar. Our menu centres around the simplicity of live fire cooking, showcasing British and Japanese produce. Sushi is hand-crafted to create dishes rooted in tradition but with understated, contemporary flair. The main menu and the sushi menu are available throughout the restaurant, for lunch and dinner.

We are driven to showcase and share so many wonderful beverages from our carefully-selected producers. We have over 50 different lines available by the glass at any given time across so many different styles. We are playful and dynamic in these selections and can always find something to suit the great offerings from our kitchen

We are really enjoying the wines of Recaredo and the ambition and drive to push the Corpinnat system to even greater heights and recognition. This a fine example made of Sumoll and Grenache with a fine mousse and lovely complexity

Weingut Nusserhof Elda Rosso 2014

A fascinating wine and one of the last remaining wineries in Bolzano. Schiava Gentile here with a nice touch of age and plenty of layered fruit and forest floor.

Vino Gross Gorca Haloze 2021

A Slovenian Furmint grown on amazingly picturesque terraced ampitheatres. Lovely waxy qualities combined with fresh acidity.
