COTE Miami, the Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-nominated Korean Steakhouse and vision of proprietor Simon Kim, was unveiled in Miami’s Design District in February 2021. The 5,892-square-foot restaurant emulates its flagship, high-energy New York City-based locale synonymous with blending the conviviality of Korean barbeque together with the hallmarks of a classic American steakhouse.

As a modern steakhouse, we believe our wine program should offer time-honored Blue Chip classics alongside fresh, innovative producers that are pushing the boundaries of quality wine production across the globe. As Miami is a global city heavily influenced by Latin America, our cellar of over 4,000 bottles (1,000+ individual skus!) draws from iconic and up-and-coming regions across the world!
