Altruísta Osteria & Enoteca combines Italian cuisine and hospitality with the sophistication of Jardins. Pastas, meats, and sauces made with ingredients from their own organic garden are paired by a team of five sommeliers. The space features a mezzanine, VIP rooms, and a retractable roof for a unique experience.

With a wine list curated by five sommeliers, Altruísta also offers a harmonized tasting menu daily at dinner: four dishes in small portions paired with four glasses of wine. The establishment also has its own wine shop, further emphasizing the enoteca's passion for the world of wine.

Ornellaia

Produced in Bolgheri, Tuscany, Ornellaia is one of the most prestigious Italian wines. Made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, it features aromas of black fruits, spices, cedar, and chocolate. On the palate, it combines power, elegance, and refined tannins, with a long finish and excellent aging potential.

Château Margaux

An icon of Bordeaux, Château Margaux is mainly made with Cabernet Sauvignon. It stands out for its elegance, complexity, and balance, revealing aromas of red and black fruits, violets, cedar, and tobacco. On the palate, it presents a silky texture, fine tannins, and a persistent finish, with exceptional aging potential.

Tonel Mouchão 3-4

Produced only in exceptional vintages in Alentejo, Mouchão Tonel 3-4 is made mainly with Alicante Bouschet and aged in the historic barrels 3 and 4. It displays aromas of black fruits, leather, tobacco, and spices. On the palate, it is intense, structured, and elegant, with firm tannins, excellent acidity, and great aging potential.
