AÔRI, 'Sandalos' Kotsifali, 2023

Our favourite winemakers favourite wine. From ungrafted vines of the rare native variety, Kotsifali, from their preferred single vineyard in Crete.
The vineyard unfolds across two distinct slopes, one facing North-West, the other South, creating a natural balance of freshness versus ripeness.
Elegant mountain red with vibrant acidity & bright red, sour-cherry fruit.

Christopher Barth, Riesling Melaphyr, 2022, Rheinhessen

Alsatian Riesling from a producer we've recently started working with directly. Floral and fresh on the nose with just the right amount of reduction. Bone dry and textural on the palate with a lengthy finish. A pure representation of the Alsatian 'Melaphyr' terroir.

L'Enclos de Peralba, 'Vi Fi de Masia' Blanc 2021

A blend of Malvasía de Sitges and Xarel·lo from biodynamic, generational vineyards in Penedès. Crafted by a family who recently stepped away from traditional Cava production to focus on terroir-driven still wines, this bottle delivers an elegant, mineral style.

Expect layers of white peach, apricot, and beeswax with a stony, salty finish. It has all the qualities of a top-tier Chablis, but coming straight out of Catalunya.
