Champagne, Cuvée de Réserve Vinothèque, Pol Roger, France 2000

This wine is produced in limited quantities and highlights the character of mature Champagne. Rich, creamy and layered with remarkable complexity, it is crafted from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, benefiting from extended ageing. An outstanding release from the Vinothèque series, it demonstrates the exceptional ageing potential of great Champagne.

Mosel Dreistern Riesling, Sybille Kuntz, Germany 2004

Riesling remains an ultimate favourite, wonderfully versatile and food-friendly. We are delighted to share this beautifully matured example from Sybille Kuntz, which pairs perfectly with our menu and displays all the hallmark aromas and finesse you would expect from a top dry Mosel Riesling.

Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Château Péby-Faugères, France 1998

Directly sourced from our own cellars, this bottling is everything you could wish for in a classic Bordeaux. It pays tribute to the estate’s former owner, Pierre-Bernard Guisez - affectionately known as “Péby” - and today stands as the crown jewel in the Silvio Denz Lalique portfolio
