A cuisine crafted by Chef Angelo Troiani, with a strong focus on Italy and its heritage. An immense wine list, among the best in the world, with over 3600 labels, representing the Italian and international oenological horizon.

Browsing the menu of Convivio is a journey through national and international enography, ranging from unique labels, from the 1956 white wines of Alto Adige to great red wines like Solaia 1978. Particular attention is always given to wines by the glass, over 50, by Coravin, including Ornellaia 1999 and Gaja’s Sperss 1996, a selection that adds to the 6 always available wine pairings.

Head Sommelier Giacomo Scatolini
Born in 1992, obtained the AIS Sommelier title in 2013, the year he began traveling across Italy, France, and Germany's renowned wine regions. In 2015, he started his experience as Head Sommelier with the Acquolina* team. Since 2017, he has been part of the Del Convivio Troiani* family as Head Sommelier, working in synergy with Massimo Troiani.
