Loïc Avril, Head of Wine at Lucas Collective, brings nearly two decades of global experience including at The Fat Duck and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Named 18th Best Sommelier in the World (ASI 2019), he combines French heritage, education and passion to shape exceptional wine programs across Lucas Collective’s acclaimed venues.
