We’ve made sure the dining experience at Bennelong is accessible and flexible. As for myself I was the Assistant head sommelier at restaurant Geranium in Copenhagen before starting at Bennelong, having the pleasure to work with an incredible team that won San Pellegrino 'Best Restaurant in the World' 2022.
