Portfolio specialises in the Champagne region, with over 250 champagnes to choose from. A clear focus is on grower Champagne, with over 75 different producers. We also supply the trade through our importing arm, Deux Six Wines. Everything from rare grower bottles to vintage prestige cuvées is available. The menu features plenty of budget-friendly bottles too, all served alongside incredible cheese and charcuterie boards.

We have a rotation of ten fantastic Champagnes kept under Coravin Sparkling®, which can be ordered by the glass.

Cameron Foster, owner of Deux Six Wines and operator of Portfolio MC, brings his own portfolio of expertise and grower Champagne to Manchester, showcasing small, artisanally crafted producers.

Nikolai, an esteemed Champagne sommelier from the city, has built a reputation for exceptional hospitality and deep knowledge of the region, alongside expertise in still wines from across the globe.

Wayne Baxendale brings over 30 years of global travel and hospitality management experience to the city. With a story for every occasion, his portfolio spans every continent, with a particular focus on the West Coast of the Americas, from Washington State to Baja California, Mexico.
