Wild Carrot is the signature fine-dining restaurant located inside the Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire, set in the scenic English countryside. The restaurant focuses on seasonal British cuisine crafted with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients, menu that celebrates British culinary heritage, elegant yet relaxed country-house ambiance with views over rolling Hampshire hill.

Wild Carrot’s wine programme blends discovery with rarity, offering 36 wines by the glass. Guests can explore iconic bottles from Bordeaux, Italy and England, including exclusive fine wines rarely poured by the glass. Set within Four Seasons Hampshire’s historic 18th-century estate, the list celebrates both world-class producers and outstanding local vineyards.

One of Italy’s most iconic white wines, blending Chardonnay with Grechetto. Produced from the historic Castello della Sala estate, it combines Burgundian elegance with Italian character and is rarely available by the glass at this level of quality.

Château Sociando-Mallet – Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux, France

A cult-classic Bordeaux known for delivering exceptional quality outside the official classified growth system. Highly regarded for its ageing potential, structure, and consistency, making it a sought-after and often limited by-the-glass offering.

Château Romassan – Domaines Ott, Bandol, France
