What is the Coravin Guide?
Wine by-the-glass is evolving, and Coravin is at the forefront.
As consumer trends shift toward “drinking less but better” and a deeper curiosity in wine exploration grows, there’s a clear need for a platform that celebrates quality, variety, and accessibility by-the-glass.
The Coravin Guide celebrates exceptional venues with standout by-the-glass programs, connecting wine lovers with the people and places redefining what great wine service looks like.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Minimum Wines by-the-glass: Venues must offer at least 20 wines by-the-glass to be eligible for listing.
- Wine Specialist Onsite: Each venue should have a sommelier or wine specialist (or team) responsible for curating and managing the wine program.
- Current use of Coravin is not required: The Guide is open to any qualifying venue regardless of whether they use Coravin or not.
- Currently open in select regions: For now, eligibility is limited to venues located in our launch cities: London, Sydney, Melbourne, Milan, Amsterdam, and across California.
- Have fewer than 20 wines by the glass but offer an exceptional wine experience? Get in touch, your venue may qualify for our 'Hidden Gem' category.
The Coravin Guide Glass ratings reflect the breadth of your by-the-glass program. The more pours you offer, the higher your glass tier. Showcase your venue’s dedication with a One Glass, Two Glass, or Three Glass venue ranking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a cost to list my venue?
Listing on Coravin Guide is completely free for qualifying venues.
How long does approval take?
Approval is a two-step process:
- Register Your Interest Once you hit “Register Your Venue,” we’ll review your initial details and, if your venue looks like a great fit, we'll send you a short venue form within 3 business days.
- Finalize Your Listing After you return the completed form, our team will make the final review before going live.
What if my venue doesn't use Coravin Wine By-the-Glass Systems?
You can still join! Our listings highlight by-the-glass offerings, but if you’d like to upgrade, ask us about special Coravin partner pricing.

When Will The Coravin Guide Go Live?
