A cosy wine bar located in de Pijp in Amsterdam. With always a minimum of 30 wines by the glass and a wine list that exceeds 300 different wine titles. Place to sit indoor and outdoor. With highly motivated staff to find the best wine for the occasion. Besides the wine we have a nice shared dinning food menu to pair with the chosen wine.

Paskamer is a wine bar already operating for more than 10 years. In these 10 years the wine list kept on growing as well as the drive to pour more wines by the glass. We have a standard selection of roughly 30 wines by the glass. And besides that a daily changing selection of wines under the Coravin.

Olga Raffault, Chinon, Les Picasses, 2019

A slightly older Cabernet Franc which is aged in 2nd and 3rd hand oak. So the tannins are softened up and the dark fruit character comes forward. With notes from black pepper leaf and paprika and herbs. I nice wine to pair with food as well

La Spia, Rosso Di Valtelina, 2023

Nebbiolo grown in Valtelina, Lombardije. Een higher altitude Nebbiolo which gives it a fresher style then Nebbiolo from Piemonte. The red fruit and flowers jump out of the glass with in the taste a good amount off tannins.

Rotem & Mounir Saouma, Inopia Blanc, Côtes du Rhône Villages, 2021

From Southern Rhône situated just outside Chateauneuf-du-Pape comes this amazing white wine. Made of mostly Grenache blanc with marsanne, rousanne and clairette. A wine aged for 18 months on oak and the fine lees. So a full bodied wine but with an amanzing elegance and length. One of the best wines we poured by the glass ever
