Combining wood-fire cooking and a vast array of unique ingredients is the driving force of the menu here at Walrus Rodeo. Chef's Alex Meyer and Luciana Giangrandi of Boia De, have combined their diverse backgrounds in a unique way. The intent and focus here is to highlight contemporary wood fire-cuisine, with old world wine and relaxed hospitality.

At Walrus Rodeo we pour on average ten wines by the glass, rotating right alongside the dinner menu. We live in the old world; the wines we love are unapologetic, distinct in their perspective and their character. We like things a little messy, generous and delicious!
