Amarone de Valpolicella

Amarone is a powerful and unique wine, made from grapes that are meticulously dried for months before fermentation. This "appassimento" process concentrates sugars and flavors, resulting in a rich, full-bodied wine with a distinctive profile.

Gavi di Gavi

This elegant Italian white is made from the Cortese grape in the specific Gavi commune of Piedmont. The "di Gavi" designation signifies that the wine comes from the heart of the region, where the unique terroir of limestone-rich soil gives it a signature minerality.
