Vin-Cenzo's, from the Bar Copains/Bessie's team, sits in the old Bar Vincent site on Liverpool St, Darlinghurst. Playful nostalgic decor, yellow out front, moody blue further back, popcorn ceiling. Produce-driven Italian sharing menu, supper club open till 2am on weekends.

An exploration of Italy through its native grapes and historic regions. From Gaglioppo, Cesanese and Pelaverga to Barolo, Brunello and Super Tuscans, the cellar combines benchmark producers such as Montevertine with extensive vintage depth and rare back vintages.
