Showcasing an extensive chronological wine list charting the global progress of viticulture and inspired by the history, culture and heritage of winemaking around the world. Also features a concise selection of sake by the glass.

At Trivet, we have around 50 wines and sake by the glass. A strong representation from Georgia, Armenia, Turkey and Greece alongside representation from the more conventional Old World and New World. The only list in London that features top Champagne, Burgundy and Barolo alongside old-vine treasures from Armenia, amber wines from Georgia and under-the-radar Turkish native varieties.
