Helmed by French MasterChef Pierre Gagnaire and Head Chef Daniel Stucki, it has held three Michelin stars since 2019, offering a rarefied setting where gastronomy and elegance meet.

The Lecture Room & Library has one of Europe's most extensive By the Glass offerings, served exclusively through Coravin System: 16 Champagne & Sparkling wines, 13 Pink wines, 49 White wines, 42 Red wines, 17 Dessert wines, 10 Ports and 15 Madeira's
