2014 Domaine Prieure Roch Hautes Mazieres

A cult wine from one of the most revered producers in Burgundy. Amazing concentration of fruit with a wild edge that makes the domaine so widely sought after. 100% whole bunch, 100% new oak, leaning into the style of DRC of which the family is a part owner.

2009 Riposte 'The Rapier' 'Traminer

A bit of a forgotten wine of the Adelaide Hills, Gewurztraminer is a real classic with an identity crisis. People assume it will be sweet, this is certainly not! Lovely dry aged white, rose petal aromatics with lively acidity. This is a very limited wine, not much exists in Tim Knappstein’s cellar.

2025 Praeter Wines 'Truscott Vineyard' Pinot Noir

The 'Winemakers Choice' award winner at the 2026 Young Guns of Wine awards. After cutting his teeth making great wines across the Shaw + Smith portfolio, Matt Large has debuted a phenomenal pinot noir from our neighbouring Piccadilly Valley. Deeper and more concentrated than the Adelaide Hills stereotype, layers of wild brambles with hints of freshly tilled earth and truffles.

Since taking on the curation of the Crafers Hotel, Seth has seen the venue maintain a constant stream of awards, a consistent 3 Goblet rating, Australia's Best Pub Restaurant Wine List in 2024 (runner up in 2025) and runner up for Best Listing of South Australian Wine.
