GLASS HIGHLIGHTS

Subject to availability*

2016 Cabernet Franc, Mt. Brave, Mount Veeder, Napa Valley, U.S.A

A rare chance to taste a fine, single-varietal Cabernet Franc from one of Napa’s most dramatic terroirs—by the glass. The 2016 Mt. Brave Cabernet Franc from Mount Veeder is bold and structured, made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown on steep, rugged terrain. It reveals layers of dark fruit, dried herbs, and smoky earth, with impressive depth and ageing potential.

2017 Pommard, Les Perrières, Doamine Launay Horiot, Burgundy, France

This Premier Cru comes from one of the oldest vineyards in Pommard, planted in 1902. Domaine Launay-Horiot spans just four hectares, with Les Perrières itself a mere 2.2—making production extremely limited. The wine shows exceptional length and depth, a testament to the ancient vines and Xavier Horiot’s meticulous winemaking.

2012 Vin Jaune, Domaine Ganevat, Côtes du Jura, France

A rare and distinctive wine from one of Jura’s top producers, Jean-François Ganevat. Made from Savagnin and aged under a layer of yeast for over six years, Vin Jaune develops nutty, oxidative notes with incredible depth and freshness. Grown biodynamically on limestone soils, this wine is usually found in serious cellars. So it’s a treat to have it available by the glass!
