Lisa Guenther-Strauss

Lisa, a CMS Certified Sommelier and WSET Level 4 Diploma graduate, was named in the Top 5 Female Sommeliers in the Top 100 Sommeliers Australia 2026. She brings ten years of experience at fine dining establishments including Mimi’s (Merivale), Charles Grand Brasserie & Bar (Etymon Projects) and the former Rockpool Dining Group. Like a good cliché German, she loves to pour Riesling of all styles.
