Giancarlo Perbellini and Federico Zonta, who worked with the maestro for a long time, brought the place to life. As for wines, you are spoiled for choice. More than 600 labels with some references increasing every month. Wines from important wineries in the Verona area, such as Valpolicella, Soave and Garganega, and selected labels from Tuscany and Piedmont. A space dedicated to French wines, Burgundy and Champagne first and foremost, and to natural biodynamic wines.
