Perched on Auckland's Viaduct Harbour, Soul is the spot for a long lunch, a late dinner, an after-work glass or a weekend afternoon. Chef Gavin Doyle's menu celebrates NZ produce, seafood front and centre, while Coravin lets us pour exceptional bottles by the glass, no full bottle required. At SOUL, our by-the-glass programme is designed around choice, discovery and accessibility. We pour an extensive selection across Champagne, sparkling, white, rosé, red and dessert wines, balancing familiar favourites with more distinctive varietals. The programme should feel generous where one can access a familiar glass of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc or an interesting alternative varietal.

Geeling is drawn to aromatic wines and interesting varietals that offer something unexpected. She loves the discovery side of wine finding new grapes, regions and producers. Retam is fascinated by the “why” behind a wine and sharing those stories in a way that makes wine engaging and memorable. Zach brings the enthusiasm to the venue with his expression on wines.
