Born in 1982, Francesco grew up in the kitchen during the golden years of Milan’s "da Bere" era.

He holds a WSET Level 3 certification and is a Sake Sommelier (SSA). At the same time, he manages an Instagram page followed by over 50,000 enthusiasts, where he tells the story of wine using an inclusive and light-hearted language, aiming to bring an ever-wider audience closer to the world of tasting and conviviality.
