Pied à Terre is the longest standing Michelin Starred restaurant in London. It was founded in 1991 and is still owned and run by David Moore. Awards have been many over the years, but we are particularly proud of our latest award joint first in Wine List Confidential’s UK Top Restaurants for Wine 2024.

At Pied-a-Terre we hold a multi award winning wine list, with rare and sought after producers and vintages. Coravin allows us to open these special bottles of which we always have 5-10 library stock wines by the glass at any given time. For an example at the moment we have Clos Rougeard, Breze 2009 not only a highly collectible wine but rich and unctuous even at 16 years old.

Another Icon from the Loire Valley, this is his second wine but delivers in all areas. the wine offers Note of Ginger ripe and expressive stone fruit along with a piecing mineral finish

My experience starts with a Grandfather who had a sizeable wine collection we would open special bottles all of the time and just satisfied by how each one could vary so much in profile. From there I went on to being a Sommelier and worked my way up in the industry as well as earning my WSET courses in the meantime.
