Our wines by the glass change every week and highlight French and international terroirs. We offer between 20 and 30 wines by the glass. Usually, 2 exceptional whites and 2 reds served with a Coravin.

Paul Godard and Louis Flamant

Après une saison d’été, Paul a pris la décision de rejoindre les équipes de l’Hôtel George V au sein du Restaurant le George 1 *, tandis que Louis est resté dans l’enceinte du Plaza Athénée.

Durant 4 années, nous avons évolué de chef de rang jusqu’à 1er Maitre d’hôtel pour Louis et jusqu’à Directeur adjoint de la sommellerie pour Paul.
