Il Postino is a small-batch gem from Abruzzo, a region better known for its rustic reds than its finely tuned, terroir-driven whites. Made in tiny quantities, it reflects Colle Florido’s thoughtful, low-intervention approach – farming organically, harvesting by hand, and letting the native grape speak with clarity. The wine is both delicate and complex: saline, citrus-edged, and full of textural nuance.

Rosavica Nebiulina is the result of a close collaboration between winemaker Benotti and importer Giorgio de Maria, bringing to life a very personal take on Nebbiolo. Produced just for Australia market, it shows the grape in an unusually delicate and lifted style: red berries, rose petals, a touch of spice, all carried by a fine, mineral backbone.
