Orrery by Pierre Minotti is a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, a modern expression of French culinary heritage, guided by the seasons and grounded in British terroir. Rooted in the classical principles of Auguste Escoffier, the menu is a dialogue between tradition and today: timeless French technique reimagined through Pierre’s lens.

We offer around 40-50 wines by the glass and carafe, ranging from vibrant whites and full-bodied reds to elegant Champagnes and fortified sweet wines. Our list features exclusive gems, from Last Bottle specials to Champagne magnums, reflecting both Orrery’s rich wine curation and its commitment to premium, accessible offerings.

2015 Meursault, Bouchard Pere & Fills Double Magnum

The 2015 vintage in Burgundy was marked by warm, generous conditions, producing wines with both concentration and charm. Bouchard Père & Fils’ Meursault showcases the commune’s hallmark richness, balanced by fine acidity and enhanced by the larger double magnum format.

2017 Chateauneuf du Pape, Clos Des Papes, Paul Avril

Clos des Papes is one of the benchmark estates of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, renowned for its elegance, balance, and cellar-worthiness. The 2017 vintage was warm and low-yielding, producing wines of concentration and purity.

1993 Muller-Thurgau Beerenauslese, Weingut Burgmeister, Carl-Koch, Germany

A rare mature sweet wine from Rheinhessen, showcasing the longevity and complexity of carefully made Beerenauslese. Müller-Thurgau, typically known for light and fresh styles, reaches unexpected depth in this late-harvest, botrytized expression.
