Milena joined NOMAD Sydney in 2021 after honing her knowledge in the Hunter Valley. Quickly recognised for her engaging recommendations and leadership, she rose to Assistant Head Sommelier before taking on the Head Sommelier role in 2025. She now curates NOMAD’s extensive list, nurtures producer relationships, and elevates the guest experience.
