The wines at Nobelhart & Schmutzig are chosen based on the same principles as the basic ingredients for our kitchen: We want to know the people behind the products. Only then can we be certain of what we are consuming.

Furthermore, we also consider the regional concept very important when it comes to wines. This does not mean that we only drink German wine, but refers to all of Europe. So if you drink wine from Sicily, you choose Sicilian wine made from Sicilian grape varieties, rather than just any Cabernet-Merlot blend made according to an international formula.
