The Mount Erica Hotel is a Pub. A simple concept perhaps, but something so intrinsic to the feel of a community. It’s a second home, a place to eat and drink with family and friends - whatever your mood. Within these walls you’ll find just about everything, from pub classics and hearty feasts, weekday sippers and fan favourites, to rare beasts, and all the bits in between.

The glass program at Mount Erica sits at around 34 offerings, and takes you across a variety of producers, styles and price points. We always have a feature section via Coravin that rotates monthly. The idea here is to delve into a region or topic through some of it's most celebrated producers, which we encourage guests to try side by side in multiple pour sizes.

James Cooper is the Wine Buyer at Mount Erica Hotel, where he curates one of Australia's leading pub wine programs. Having spent almost twenty years in the wine industry, he is particularly drawn to the wines of Italy, France and Victoria, to the stories of place, people and tradition that lie behind every bottle, as well as making those great wines approachable to everyone and anyone.
