Merlet as a restaurant has been here for 40 years already. 26 of which we have had a Michellin star. Over all those years the wine team has curated an extensive collection of wines which we have recently opened up to a large by the glass selection with Coravin.

We always have somewhere between 55 and 75 wines by the glass available in the restaurant. This is a combination of our winepairing selection for the menu, the Coravin selection for our more exclusive wines and our selection of house wines.

In the Coravin sellection we serve from the more unknown wines such as the styles from the Canary Islands, up to the very premium producers such as Chave.
