Dom Perignon, Champagne 2015

An absolute benchmark and probably the most recognizable Champagne in the World. My personal favorite as it balances breadth with depth and balance. Peaches, nectaines, cream, citrus and a touch of gentian root make this an absolute standout on our by the glass list. It pairs with everything that we offer at Mastro's, from our Signature Seafood Towers to our aged, Prime steaks.

Seghesion Zinfadel

An incredibly beautiful wine and an absolute steal on our list. Luscious and rich, combining figs, plums, baking spices and mocha presented with a delectable, velvety mouthfeel make this one of my favorite partners to any of our Prime steaks.

Bellflower Arc by Hartford Court Russian River Pinot Noir

This Pinot Noir is made specifically for Mastro's and you can only have it at one of our locations. An exceptional Russian River Pinot Noir featuring black cherry, plum, blackberry, mocha and a light note of brioche. I love this wine as it has just a hint of violet adding an extra layer of complexity. Enjoyable on its own and a great partner to one of our Prime, 28 day aged steaks, offering a rich, supple mouthfeel with every sip.

Russell Sheldon

Russell has worked in restaurants for 25 years, with 10 years running beverage programs. He has lived in Sonoma County for 14 years, working for various wineries & Michelin starred restaurants, honing his hospitality craft. He enjoys wines from the Russian River Valley as they tend to be more fruit foward, approachable and high value wines that are easily recognizable and appreciated by his guests.
