A modern Mediterranean bistro with an open fire cooking, in the heart of Marylebone, London. Lita, short for “abuelita”, brings a produce-driven, seasonal menu that celebrates flavours of southern Europe. The list is an ode to the Old World, punctuated with modern flair. Focus is on the artisanal wines, genuine to places they are coming from.

One of my favourite growers of Champagne. 'Les Premices' is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier blended in equal proportions; despite its super low dosage of 1g, its mellow and friendly, with exotic spice and ripe fruit character - perfect balance of acidity and finest bubbles

Ladoix 'Le Cloud' Prieure-Roch 2019, Bourgogne

Iconic low intervention Burgundy Pinot Noir with enough bottle age to actually feel what's all the fuss is about! Vibrant, juicy and lively with a touch of wildness (just enough to make it unique, nothing to be afraid of)

Vermentino 'Faustine' Abatucci 2024, Corsica

Salt of the Earth in a glass. Elegantly perfumed (think peach skin and orange blossom), dry and crisp with pronounced salinity - this wine is perfect for elevating Mediterranean flavours and grilled seafood (Langoustines al ajillo is a must try)
