Les Gouttes de Dieu – Opéra offers you a convivial experience centered around wine (600 varieties) and fine products. We offer a fixed menu as well as a “flying” menu that changes daily based on inspiration and seasonal products. Whether with family, friends, or a loved one, the place suits all occasions, from an impromptu drink to a long dinner.

Our establishment offers an exceptionally extensive wine list, featuring over 600 carefully selected references, ranging from wonderful discoveries of winemakers to more iconic cuvées. We also place special emphasis on champagne, with over 50 references, allowing for the exploration of different styles, houses, and terroirs.

An intense and elegant red, with aromas of blackcurrant, red fruits, and black olive, enriched with notes of spices, chocolate, and garrigue. The palate is full-bodied, structured, and fresh, with velvety tannins and a beautiful length. A great vintage, both approachable when young and capable of long aging.
