Before becoming a popular hotel address, Le Prieuré was a palace built in 1332. It later became a boarding house for artists and painters before being transformed into a tourist hotel. A member of Relais & Châteaux since 1959, Jean-André and Geneviève Charial purchased the establishment in 2007 to bring the "Baumanière" touch.

The Vino di Gio de Bellet cuvée, 100% Folle Noire, is a rarity: powerful, velvety, and fresh, made from old vines cultivated biodynamically. Its 15-month barrel aging reveals aromas of dark fruits, cocoa, roasted coffee, and spices, resulting in an exceptional wine that is both concentrated and subtle.

Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvée du Papet Clos Mont Olivet Red
