GAETAN DASH

Trained at the Thonon hotel school, Gaëtan TIRET honed his wine expertise during internships at Château St-Martin & Spa (French Riviera) and the Hospice de Beaune. For over 15 years at La Croix de Savoie, working with his family, he has crafted a wine-by-the-glass list designed to enhance the cuisine of Edwige TIRET and Léonie DUGAT.
