A delicate standout from Beechworth and one i'll be sad to see finished here at Kipling's. Bursting with cherry and blackberry notes, fine tannins, and a touch of spice, it’s a wine made to charm. With limited bottles produced, it’s a rare find that wine lovers treasure.

Angus Thompson

Angus Thompson is our sommelier, wine buyer, and general manager. He has held this role since 2020, though he’s been part of the family business at Kipling’s since 2013 in various capacities. Angus began his wine journey through the WSET levels in 2020 and now brings his passion and knowledge to every part of the bar. With notable mentions to Thiago Menezes & Helen Thompson.
