The restaurant Flore 2 Michelin Star & 1* Green Star is situated in the De L'Europe Hotel. A restaurant with a Sustainable concept and with products from the Nederland that follow the season. The wine list is divided into three concepts: Concept 1 follows the restaurant's philosophy, Concept 2 encompasses all styles and the full world, and Concept 3 features sweet, fortified wines and spirits.

We have a wide range of wine lovers that likes to try classic wines; however, most of our guests are willing to try different countries or styles that we offer, moving from Burgndy to Cyprus easely, we have a selction of Champagnes by glass, and we like to serve even iconic, wines, on the side of the listed wines, we offer often as well a couple of blind wines by Coravin

ANTONELLO NICASTRI

Antonello Nicastri is Wine Director at Flore, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant at Hotel De L’Europe, Amsterdam. Originally from Puglia, he trained in top venues across Italy and the UK. At Flore, he expanded the cellar to 1,500+ labels and created a multi-concept wine program focused on sustainability and bold, low-intervention pairings.
