GLASS HIGHLIGHTS

Subject to availability*

Timorasso 'Cavallina', Claudio Mariotto

It's a white wine made in Piedmont (Italy) from a indigenous grape variety called Timorasso which has hints of mineral, dried fruit and white flowers and is sapid, warm and elegant. It goes well with fish and white meat.

Tavel 'La Dame Rousse', Domaine de la Mordoree from Southern Rhone (France)

It's a Rose wine with a darker colour compared to Provance Rose with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and floral notes that goes very well with fish dishes. Also the Domaine is certified organic and is a very gastronomic wine.

Solaris Szlachetny Zbior, Winnica Turnau from Poland.

This is a gem that few people know, with aromas of acacia honey, peach syrup, sweet pear and tangerine with the high acidity that balance the sweetness. This wine is a late harvest made with noble rot.
