We are a small restaurant inspired by the Duchy of Savoy, a dukedom that controlled the french and italian alps for hundreds of years. So French, Italian & Swiss food and wine. Pretty much everything we offer is from within 200km of Mont Blanc. Simon, our head chef held a michelin star for several years.

We carry a lot of interesting alpine wines which are extremely under appreciated in London. Not only do we have great wine on at a very reasonable mark up, but you can learn a little bit of history about the Duchy while you drink!

We have a little area in the front of the restaurant we use as a tiny wine bar, surrounded by bottles and a big window to watch the sunset from.

Roussanne 'Grand Orgue' 2017 Magnin Chignin, Savoie

Some would say THE Savoie white. Kept back until ready to release by the talented (and sadly about to retire) Louis Magnin.

Tight and concentrated at first but soon unfolds into layers of Lactic energy.

Brut 'Flûte Enchantée' NV Vignoble Guillaume, Franche-Comté

Unbelievably good value 'Cremant' (no appellation), has a write up in the observer this week as a reviewer liked it so much.

From Xavier Guillaume in Franche-Comte, smallest growing region in france. Xavier runs the premier vine nursery in france but also makes wine. Its a rich stone fruited, 2 y on lees champagne blend copy cat but at a fraction of the price.

Barbera 'Superiore' 2021 Roberto Voerzio Asti, Piedmont

Voerzio, famous for his Baroli, but we all know the Barbera is where its at!

Absolute steal at 15 quid, its old school Barbera, dense and extracted, but delicious with or without food.
