At Cocoro, Japanese for 'heart and soul', we serve contemporary Japanese cuisine in an old brick building nestled just off Auckland's lively Ponsonby Road. Each visit to Cocoro is Ichigo Ichie, a bespoke culinary experience. Cocoro offers 36 wines and sake by the glass, celebrating New Zealand, Japan and beyond. Our wine list highlights regional character and craftsmanship, including wines by Japanese winemakers in New Zealand. Our sake selection showcases Japan's regional diversity, with premium Nabeshima sake from the owner-chef's hometown, exclusively available at Cocoro.
