Yuki Hirose (Master Sommelier)

Yuki brings over a decade at Sydney’s Rockpool and now oversees the wine programs at Kisumé, Grill Americano, and Society in Melbourne, mentoring 20 sommeliers across Lucas Restaurants. In 2023, he achieved the prestigious Master Sommelier title - one of fewer than 300 worldwide. With deep expertise, global training, and a passion for mentoring, Yuki leads with excellence in both wine curation and hospitality.
