The La Bouteille Renversée cellar is a place aimed at novices, amateurs, initiates and enthusiasts. Regardless of its relationship to wine, its (mis)knowledge, I want to make this place accessible. This is why I wanted to create a warm and welcoming space, where everyone can find their place and feel comfortable.

The menu is renewed every month, currently with around thirty references, the aim being to continue to refine the selection and reach around fifty references.
I like the fact that having a glass is more reassuring than having a full bottle when you want to discover a grape variety/an appellation.
This is why we like to offer lesser-known references!

Cour-Cheverny, “Romo” 2020, Domaine des Huards

The Cour-Cheverny appellation is fairly anecdotal in the wine-growing landscape, but has its identity thanks to the unique Romorantin grape variety.
I have a particular attachment to the Domaine des Huards thanks to its owners: Alexandre and Paulina with whom I get along wonderfully.
It is very important to me to present their work. I thank them for their trust!

Alsace Muscat, "Quasar" 2023, Domaine Camille Braun

It must be said that although orange wine had its moment of glory almost everywhere in France, Brittany was late and few people know about this fantastic process when it is done well!
I take pleasure in blind placing this vintage and seeing the guests marvel at rediscovering the wine, which they thought they already knew well.

Orléans, “Excellence” 2023, Clos Saint-Fiacre

I was born in Orléans and grew up there for 17 years. The wines of the Montigny-Piel family are of a remarkable level for an appellation left in disuse.
Once again, I enjoy pouring their bottles blind and seeing people thinking about drinking a Burgundy wine!
These wines are among the best discoveries that I can share with my clients.
