Nicolas Chapelle

Trained at Clos des Sens in Annecy, I continued my career at the Têtedoie restaurant in Lyon. Since September 2019, I have been working at the Aux Terrasses restaurant in Tournus, with a committed approach. Always on the move with my team of three sommeliers, I favor meetings in the estates to better convey the vision of the winegrowers and their terroirs.
