Hidden on St Anne’s Court, just off Dean Street, Aulis is exclusively limited to twelve guests. At each service, it offers a dynamic and interactive dining experience, in which a series of dishes are cooked in front of you and explained at every stage.

At Aulis London we offer a range of different wine pairings to go alongside our multi course tasting menu. The wines can range from lesser known vineyards to those classics we all know and love. Every wine on the pairings is available by the glass and bottle, giving our guests complete freedom over their experience. We have around 30/40 different wines & sake btg with a big focus on English wine.

Pinot Meunier Blend, Everflyht Vineyard, Ditchling, East Sussex, England, Brut, 2022

A delicious Rose, made from mostly Pinot Meunier from a tiny vineyard down in Ditchling, Sussex. The wine is made with the saignee method, giving it a deep rose hue, and aromas of tomato skins, beetroots and pomegranate.

Having worked in the restaurant trade for 15 years, I've done stints at The Ritz London. I've have been with the Rogan group for nearly 10 years, having worked up at L'Enclume/Henrock and I'm now running the wine programme at Aulis London. At Aulis we focus on lesser known producers & regions. We also have a big focus on English vineyards, with us having removed champagne from the list.
