Germain Michel is a certified sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers with decades of experience in French and international hospitality. He co-founded Amelie Wine Bar, as well as Michelin-recognized brasseries in Oakland and New York, all celebrated for their exceptional wine programs. Germain also produces award-winning wines in France and Argentina.
