The Acanto Restaurant adds a natural charm to restaurant rituals and a touch of personality to elevate the experience to new heights of excellence. Immersed in a sophisticated and bright environment, the restaurant also features an exclusive private area surrounded by Swarovski crystals, where guests can enjoy a personalized gourmet experience.

Two walls set up as a cellar frame the entrance to the restaurant, anticipating a high-level wine list. The selection of wines by the glass, served with the Coravin system, changes every two weeks and includes international references with a prevalence of Italian and French producers. Great attention is paid to native Italian vines, organic, biodynamic and natural wines.

LA GRANDE DAME 2015 Veuve Clicquot & Paola Paronetto

An emblematic reference among the great names of Champagne, the Maison Veuve Clicquot has built its reputation since its creation in 1772 thanks to a woman: Madame Clicquot. In a few years and at the end of the 18th century, Madame Clicquot would establish herself as the "Grande Dame of Champagne"

CHEVALIER MONTRACHET Louis Jadot

This wine comes from a vineyard located in the south of the Côte de Beaune, on top of a hill where the villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne Montrachet meet. This old half-hectare vineyard has a calcareous and stony subsoil, well drained and exposed to the south/south-east.

AMARONE VALPOLICELLA CL. RES. Quintarelli Giuseppe

Considered the father of Amarone, the emblematic wine of the Veneto, Giuseppe Quintarelli has left his mark on several generations of winemakers thanks to his innovative vision.
Located in northern Italy, in the heart of the Valpolicella region, the estate manages a 12-hectare vineyard. Produced in limited quantities, the wines are distinguished by their vinification according to the traditional appassimento method (drying of the grapes) and by their long aging.
