Our wine service primarily supports our tasting menu formats, with Coravin enabling us to offer a significant number of glasses without compromising on quality.
Currently our menus are supported by 25+ options by the glass, offering great everyday wines for casual drinkers through to old & range vintages for enthusiasts or the curious.

I am an avid collector of sweet wines & love the density of the wines from Maury. Here the 15 years of barrel development has softened & deepened the fruit aromatics, paired with a light oxidation which adds more layers of flavour & complexities.

A very well crafted English sparkling wine which shows hints of ripe fruits & generous layers of acidic fruits, not relying on autolysis or barrel notes for complexity. Aged sympathetically on lees & then in bottle to allow the acidity to round & bubbles to soften, a producer which goes under the radar

Dobogo, ‘Uragya’ Furmint, Tokaj, Hungary, 2020

A single vineyard produces a very small production of dry Furmint only released in the best vintages. Biodynamic farming with a barrel fermented & aged in steel; a great recipe for a Burgundy alternative which exceeds the quality brief at a fraction of the price it could demand.
