At Oborozuki, guests can enjoy 13 boutique sakes and 61 wines by the glass or carafe, from our exclusive house sake to rare French and premium Australian labels. Donggeon Kim, beverage director at Oborozuki, is a sake specialist and wine sommelier. With hospitality experience in South Korea and training in Japan and France, especially Bordeaux, he blends expertise in both wine and sake to craft refined pairings that elevate our Japanese–French cuisine.
